SAPSASA BASKETBALL
Last Tuesday, our school competed in the SAPSASA basketball carnival. We had two teams competing, our boys’ team and our girls’ team. Both our teams competed in four fifteen minute games, and possible fifth if they made it into the finals.
The girls won against Aldgate but unfortunately lost the rest of their games.
The boys’ team won three out of four games. Winning against Aldgate, Karoonda and Highgate, but lost to St Francis De Sales in a place in the finals.
We all had a great day supporting each other and playing basketball. We would like to thank our coaches Paul Harvey, and Beth Zanker. Thank you to our team scorers Kyle Zervaas, and Lorina Percevault. Thank you to our school representative Kyle Mueller for organising and supporting our teams.
