CHILDREN'S UNIVERSITY
In term 3, students engaged in a wide range of learning activities beyond the classroom, which included lunchtime clubs, NAIDOC Week activities, and Science Week by exploring the unknown with nature's hidden language and then focussing on emotions, empathy and care (yoga, mindfulness activities).
To recognise the incredible effort our learners are putting into exploring and extending their knowledge, we are excited to present the last “Educational Explorer Award” for this year.
The two students who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to varied learning experiences.
For Term 3, congratulations go to:
- River (RL) – 75 hours of learning!
- Zoe (4G) – 110 hours of learning!
Both students have embraced a diverse range of activities and challenged themselves with new and interesting experiences. The decision was tough, as so many students showed great enthusiasm and variety in their learning.
This term, we have 28 students who will be graduating at the Bonython Hall on the 17th of November with many other students from other schools.
Well done to everyone involved – we can’t wait to see you graduate for all your hard work!
Kind Regards
Wendy Thompson
