EDUCATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)
A reminder, our site is scheduled to transition to the EMS on June 2nd this term, with core functions of student administration and financial management.
Our site has chosen to implement a ‘core EMS’ design, meaning we will be using School Admin, Finance and Billing modules to record and manage:
- attendance
- behaviour and wellbeing
- budgets, income and expenditure
- student fees
A new communication platform, EdSmart, will be used in the future to send digital forms, consent and documents to parents.
We will keep you informed on the progress of the EMS rollout and provide information to the broader community through the school newsletter and announcements.
We understand this will be a substantial change to our school administration processes and while we will be expecting a smooth, seamless transition, please be patient through this process. We ask for your support throughout.
