YEAR 1 MAGAREY ORCHARD EXCURSION
On Thursday 17th August, all year 1 students visited Magarey Orchard, as part of their Farm to Table unit of inquiry. Children were taken on a guided tour of the orchard and were able to see the apple process first-hand. They also enjoyed a delicious apple or pear from the orchard.
At Magarey Orchard I saw fruit, snails and tractors. I enjoyed eating the fruit, because it was yummy. I’m still wondering can different fruit grow in a different season - Vesper
