If a student is registered after the cut-off date for any sport, and the team they are registering for is full, they will be placed on a waiting list and offered a position on the team if/when one becomes available. Alternatively, if a team is full, parents are welcome to reach out to other local schools to see if their child can register with them.
If uniforms are not returned at the end of the season or are irreparably damaged, the school will invoice the family for replacement costs.
Parents maintain the duty of care for their child whilst at after school sport and practice, not the coach. The exception to this is when a student has signed into and out of OSHC. I understand that the coaches will manage team members to ensure the safety and well-being of all involved whist encouraging sportsmanship and participation. For safety reasons, coaches /managers must be informed if students are walking home or leaving with another parent / caregiver after games or practice.
